Renewal Inspections are condition walkthroughs conducted 60 days prior to lease expiration. Periodic Inspections are comprehensive assessments including mechanicals, drains, appliances, irrigation systems, and attic review.

LaRose Residential coordinates all non-routine maintenance, make-readies, remodels, storm repairs, and major repairs on behalf of property owners. All work is presented for owner approval prior to commencement.

LaRose Residential may receive referral fees, periodic subscription fees, interest on outstanding debt, and other compensation by utilizing certain services involved in the management and leasing of your property. This may include administrative charges, HVAC filter subscription services, periodic property reviews, animal fees and rent, concierge utility services, and tenant benefit programs. Any referral fee received is in addition to other compensation earned.
